Mushrooms are known for versatility, with an abundant levels of selenium, B2, B3, B5, B9, and vitamin D content. Fortunately they are available year-round, unaffected by seasonal variations.
Whilst mushrooms thrive as a local favorite in autumn, it can enhance a variety of dishes at any time of the year. This adaptable produce pairs well with both meat-based and vegetarian recipes.
We source local ingredients to make our Mushroom pâté. We then craft them into our distinct recipe to celebrate their earthy charm.
No bread thickeners or gluten.

Pâté de champignons simple is a fresh gluten free mushroom pâté, ingredients include brown and portobello mushrooms, shallot, garlic, cream cheese, tamari gf, madiera wine. White And Black Minimalist Thank You Labelherbs and spices, tamari (gluten free) and Madeira wine.

May also be added to pasta, toast, bruschetta, jacket potato, rice, noodles, soups, on crackers or bread.
